Most appointments take 20 to 45 minutes depending on hair density, previous waxing, and desired styling. New clients may need extra time for consultation and comfort. We prioritize gentle technique and cleanliness for an efficient, thorough service.

Trim hair to about a quarter-inch if it's overly long and avoid shaving for four weeks. Exfoliate lightly 48 hours before, skip caffeine and heavy exercise on the day, and arrive with clean skin for best results.

Some discomfort is normal, especially on the first visit, but pain typically lessens with repeat waxing. We use expert technique, breathing tips, and can offer topical numbing on request to help minimize sensitivity.

Clients generally enjoy smooth results for three to six weeks. Regrowth depends on individual hair cycles and care. Regular waxing often leads to finer, sparser hair over time; follow aftercare to extend results.

Avoid waxing with open wounds, active infections, sunburn, recent chemical peels, or while using certain retinoids. Inform your technician about medications, pregnancy, or skin conditions so we can assess safety and recommend alternatives.

Keep the area clean and dry; avoid hot baths, saunas, heavy exercise, and tight clothing for 24–48 hours. Use gentle, fragrance-free moisturizers and exfoliate lightly after 72 hours. Contact us if irritation or bumps appear.
